Our Christmas Light Show is one of our favorite ones to do. We started back in 2010 maybe soon doing just a Christmas Light Show. We started out with a small display in our front yard. With music playing out of a small speaker on our porch with around 6 strands of incandescent Christmas lights.

2015

Around 2015 we started to switch our Christmas lights from incandescent to LEDs. To help save on the electricity bill for our favorite time of the year. But that didn’t last very long at all because at that time we started looking to add more lights.

2016

In 2016 we purchased some LOR light controllers. This allowed us to do so much more with our regular LED lights. It also allowed us to move away from just having a speaker playing music on our porch to having our own little radio station 89.3 well not our own but one we could broadcast our music to the people who came by and watched our show from their cars. These controllers also allowed us to pick how the music was synchronized to the lights.

2019

Then in 2019 we stepped up our light show to use pixels where we could not only sync the lights to the music but we could also control each light individually with a program called lights and new Falcon pixel controllers. This is also the first year we introduced a Halloween light show.

Each year since then we have tried to improve our show and make it more interactive for our viewers while keeping some of our favorite songs and also adding some new ones for everyone to enjoy.  We also have been testing out a feature that will allow you the audience to pick the next song that plays.
